Hepiniz gibi cok uzgunum. Fakat gün oturup üzülme günü değil.
Bence hemen:
1- Fenerbahçe’li avukatların yardımıyla UEFA ve TFF aleyhine tazminat davalarını açmalıyız.
2- UEFA’yı mesaj yağmuruna tutmalıyız. Ben bugün 2 ayrı mesaj gönderdim. Bunları aşağıya kopyalıyorum:
TO THE ATTENTION OF MR. PIERRE CORNU, chief legal counsel of UEFA,
I am shocked to hear that EUFA demands from Turkish Football Federation that Fenerbahce to be banned from Champions league. Then Turkish Football Federation obeys UEFA demand and bans Fenerbahce from joining UEFA Champions League. My reasons of shock are as follows:
1. This decision is a serious violation of the most important principle of all laws: Everybody is innocent until proven guilty. Anybody who seriously follows the Fenerbahce case in Turkey knows that there is no substantial evidence against Fenerbahce, it’s president and 4 other officials kept in. All the alleged evidence are, cut and paste phone conversations. This investigation is truly political. This court is under the control of an islamist sect with headquarters in USA. Thia sect is trying to designing the Turkish society and redistribute the wealth in the country. It’s tool is the court and the prosecutors you had visited in İstanbul. They have fabricated massive so called evidence for army members, journalists, businessmen. Hundreds of eminent persons are jailed, some more than four years and still do not know what they are guilty of. One of the cases you can read in the websites (www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/news/world/europe/article3122280.ece) and (http://cdogangercekler.wordpress.com/). Two books have been written on this sect and its prosecutors. The names of the prosecutors (Mehmet Berk, the one Mr. Cornu met in Turkey and Zekeriya Oz, the one started this investigation). Not surprisingly, the writers of these books are put to jail by this court. It should be known that, the prosecutor who started this investigation is selected to be a Galatasaray board member by the ex president of Galatasaray in December 2010 and, one month after the operation of wiretapping Fenerbahce President’s phones was started. The prosecutors that carry out the investigation are members of Fethullah Gulen sect, that had made attempts in the past to control Fenerbahce (actually Fenerbahce’s financial power) and also to take over Aziz Yıldırım(Fenerbahce president)’s billion dollar Nato business’.
2- Banning Fenerbahce from Champions leuge is a violation of another law by the UEFA, that is discrimination. Few years ago, AC Milan of Italy has been sentenced by Italian courts. Even in that case AC Milan was not banned of the UEFA Champions League. Please note that Fenerbahce is not even tried and sentenced. It also be noted that, in Turkey 54% of the accused people are acquitted. I guess in Europe this number is below 20%.
In short, Pandorra’s box is open now.
For these two reasons (On the grounds of 1.A basic human right – innocence until proven guilty, 2. Discrimination)UEFA SHOULD GET READY FOR MILLIONS OF LAW SUITS TO BE FILED BY FENERBAHCE SPORTS CLUB, FENERBAHCE STOCK HOLDERS and FENERBAHCE FANS.
Regards,
Hayriye Elibol.
Note1: I hold a bit of Fenerbahce stock. I certainly will file a law suit against EUFA and Turkish Football Federation to demand compensation from both.
Note2: If UEFA is serious about preventing match fixing in football, I would ask UEFA to investigate the Denizlispor-Fenerbahce match in 2006 and Bursaspor-Beşiktaş match in 2010 where Fenerbahce is made to lose the championship in the last games. These two were the attemps to get ris of Fenerbahce president Aziz Yıldırım and control Fenerbahce’s wealth and resources. compensation from both.

URGENT:
TO THE ATTENTION OF UEFA Emergency Panel AND UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino:
There are incorrect and misleading content in your article titled “Fenerbahçe replaced in UEFA Champions League”
The misleading clause is “…. following the decision of the Turkish Football Federation to withdraw Fenerbahçe SK from the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League due to the fact that the club has been involved in match-fixing.”
Misleading point 1: The decision is not Turkish Football Federation’s bu it is said to be UEFA decision. President of the Turkish Football Federation said on TV that ” UEFA has forced us to withdraw Fenerbahce.” He also said “We had warned UEFA of the possibility that the accusations may be false. But the UEFA said they are ready to pay any compensation, if Fenerbahce is acquitted.”
Misleading point 2:you write “due to the fact that the club has been involved in match-fixing”. This is wrong. There are only allegations. In Turkey 54%of allegations come out to be false and people are jailed for these false allegations.
I have a few more comments:
1-If there is match fixing why not a single football player is not accused.
2-Trabzonspor is also accused of match fixing. It’s president and some managers have international travel bans. How come UEFA bans Fenerbahce and selects Trabzonspor while both are accused of the same crime?
